                                             Review:

Let's start with me KNOWING that their was something wrong with that Blake character. Just let me get that out there. And now, we can proceed.

I loved this book, I loved Daemon and Katy's whole romance ordeal, and how there was so much history and depth added onto the planet Lux, its inhabitants, and the dangers they faced. Let me tell you, I was on the edge of my seat the ENTIRE BOOK! ( Let me add that I love what Jennifer does,, how there always is a climax in the book, and unlike most series, or trilogies, it doesn't just end, there is a resolution, but not so much of a resolution that the problem is solved, there still is that drive to pick the next book up.) And how it ended. . . Wow. . . Just wow.

One thing I didn't really like is that Dee was almost non-existent. . . It's like her character played no use until the end. And while on that topic, I also hated how Daemon and her kept everything a secret from her, like how Dawson was actually alive, and how they had that bond, it was all just so messed up. I totally understand the way she ( Dee ) Reacted, her always being baby'd and such by Daemon, her older brother, was bad enough, her supposed best friend had joined the act. Joy. That being said, I somewhat understand why they did it, I just don't think it was a strong enough reason, maybe if Dee was like. . . Five. . . But not with her being almost as capable as Daemon.

It's just everything surrounding Dee that soured the story.

Anyway, let's talk about Blake, and how I knew something was wrong with that kid. I just had that inkling, in the back of my mind, and it just progressed as the story progressed, but it wasn't in a way that made the story predictable, I guess it was more like a foreshadow done right? I don't know, but Blake just needs to go die, because I know. . . I KNOW he's going to ruin the next book in some insidious way. I just know. Someone just burn him with fire.

Please?

And that would be all, Opal sounds promising. . . So . . .

TOOTS.

X Ramo
