Review:
This book is non fiction, a genre I do not read very often, and when I do, it's almost always in relations to school. Which I hate. But this book is different. This book helped my best friend when I couldn't, and has inspired me in various ways. I guess that's a plus side to non fiction, it can help you realize that there are people out there ho have it way worse.
People who are struggling with the very thought of living.
My friend was struggling with the very thought of living.
And Demi's book helped her.
So, this book isn't formatted like a usual autobiography, this is told in a very similar way a diary would be told, and it is very powerful , the page starts with the date, then the quote, then the message, and then finally, the goal.
For every day of the year.
I have read every single page. My friend has read every single page. My mom has read every single page. And in all honesty, I would recommend this book to any, and everyone.
Because everyone needs 365 reasons to stay strong, at least.
